Production, shipping, and delivery

The delivery method and estimated date shown during checkout are the best information for your order. Available methods, cost, and timing depend on the product and destination.

What happens after you order

After checkout, a custom order moves through four stages:

  1. Verification checks that the submitted project can be produced.
  2. Production prints and assembles the personalized product.
  3. Quality assurance inspects the finished item.
  4. Packaging and shipping prepares the order for the carrier.

Your order-confirmation email includes the order number and an estimated delivery date. A shipping-confirmation email follows when the label is created and includes tracking information. Read the official ordering-process guide for the latest details.

Current U.S. delivery estimates

Because delivery information changes, confirm the current ranges in the official U.S. shipping timeline before relying on a date.

Allow extra time for a gift or event

Choose a method that leaves room for production or carrier delays. Review names, dates, addresses, crops, and print warnings before ordering; faster delivery does not shorten the time needed to correct and reorder a project.

International delivery

International shipping is available to many destinations, including Canada, countries in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and others. The supported destination, available delivery method, price, currency, and any large-item limits can vary by product.

Enter the final delivery address during checkout to see the choices for that order. Use the official delivery methods and shipping costs page for the current destination list and options. International shipments can also take additional time in customs.

Track an order

  1. Find the tracking number in the shipping-confirmation email.
  2. Allow 24–48 hours after the package leaves the facility for tracking activity to appear.
  3. Open the carrier link in the email or enter the number at Mimeo Photos Order Tracking.

Tracking is most useful after the carrier has the package. Before that point, the order may still be in production or waiting for pickup.

If an order is delayed

Common causes include high production volume, observed holidays, equipment maintenance, weather, carrier delays, address questions, and customs review. An Economy shipment can also pause while FedEx or UPS hands it to the local postal service for final delivery.

  • If tracking still shows active movement, allow the carrier time to complete delivery.
  • If tracking is stalled after shipment, ask the carrier for its latest status.
  • If the estimated ship date has passed by more than 48 hours and no shipping notice or tracking update has arrived, contact support.
  • If tracking suggests the package is lost, it arrived damaged, or it was marked delivered but is missing, contact support so the order can be reviewed.

Open the Motif Studio account menu and choose Contact Support, or visit the official Mimeo Photos Help Center. Include your order number and the status shown in tracking, but do not send payment-card information.
